Five St. Mary’s Colleagues Awarded Nursing Scholarships
The St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation is proud to announce the 2025 recipients of the Marilyn Brown Nursing Scholarship, which each year provides $2,500 gifts to five colleagues who have been accepted into a nursing program of study. Scholarship recipients can be nurses who are studying to advance their career or colleagues who are studying to become a nurse. St. Mary’s, Dr. Randy Lavender to Create New Orthopedics Practice
St. Mary’s Medical Group is teaming up with board-certified orthopedic surgeon Dr. Randy Lavender, Jr., to create St. Mary’s Orthopedic Specialists (SMOS), a new practice opening Dec. 8 to provide comprehensive care for joint injuries, hip and knee replacements and revisions, and other orthopedic needs.
