Women Who Work + F45 Training

At F45 Training, we offer innovative, high-intensity function group workouts that are fast, fun and result-driven. Our goal is to help you become your fittest, strongest and healthiest self. Each F45 workout is a unique program that incorporates cardio, resistance-based strength training or a hybrid of both, all geared toward everyday life.  

 

Your workout event will be a resistance strength training day. Please wear sneakers, fitness clothes and bring a sweat towel and water bottle. We are so excited to have Women Who Work at the studio!
