BasKat and Athentic Brewing are proud to present the Valentine’s Supper Club on Wednesday, February 14th for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day. The creative team behind BasKat has prepared a 4-course prix fixe menu to pair beautifully with several beers on tap for a perfectly curated meal.
The evening will kick off with a happy hour where guests can mingle and sip on any drink on draft while you enjoy some gorgeous hors d’oeuvres while the taproom is ready for full dinner service with family style seating perfect for lively conversation.
As dinner is served, guests will be treated to a delectable four-course meal featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients. Each course will be expertly paired with a different craft beer from Athentic Brewing, adding a unique and delicious twist to the evening.

6pm Doors open for the event
Appetizers (Jalapeno Poppers, Mini Chicken Egg Rolls, Meatballs & Marinara) and a full pour of beer (guest’s choice) to be served as guests arrive from the counter.
6:30pm 1st Course Pairing
8oz. pour of “Sunshine“ Wheat Beer served with shrimp cocktail and mini stuffed peppers
7pm 2nd Course Pairing
8 oz. pour of “Get Shucked” Oyster Stout served with Curry and Cumin Chicken, Seasoned Rice, Spicy Moussaka (vegetarian), and Garlic Naan
7:30pm 3rd Course Pairing
8oz. pour of “Hey, You” Pale Ale served with a variety of Mini Cheesecake bites and Triple Chocolate Brownies with icing and fresh fruit
