Description
The Minority Business & Nonprofit Association presents the annual DEI Summit on Friday, August 25th, 2023.
Join us at the Classic Center from 9am to 5pm to learn how to embrace differences and empower the working community. This year topics include:
- diversity Talent Recruiting and Retention
- trauma reconciliation from the workplace
- implementation of DEI policies, practices, and ISO standards
- authentic transformational policies vs. performative gestures
- instilling Equity in your organization
