LOCATION:7:45 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.: Arrive at Board of Education (595 Prince Avenue) for check-in and breakfast 8:15 a.m. - Welcome 8:30 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. - Buses to Clarke Central High School 8:45 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. - Discussion about key initiatives within CCSD 9:45 a.m. - Break attendee group into four groups with buses going to: Clarke Middle School Hilsman Middle School Barnett Shoals Elementary School JJ Harris Elementary School 11:15 a.m. - Buses to Athens Community Career Academy 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Tour with Speakers & Lunch (prepared by students in the Culinary Arts Program at ACCA) 12:45 p.m. - Return to Board of Education
