DESCRIPTION:Community Conversation Zoom Call\n\n\n\nOver the last few weeks\, the resurgence of Covid has caused substantive changes within the Athens community.   The Athens-Clarke County Commissioners adopted a mask mandate last week.   The two major healthcare facilities are experiencing expanded intake of Covid patients.   \n\n\n\nJoin us on a zoom call on Friday\, August 13 from 8:30-9:30 to discuss current local mandates and expectations from the Athens-Clarke County Commissioners.   Mayor Kelly Girtz will lead that dialog.   Additionally\, we will have Montez Carter (CEO of St. Mary's Health Care) and Michael Burnett (CEO of Piedmont Athens Regional) will discuss current and expected healthcare issues.  This event is co-coordinated with the Athens Area Community Foundation.
